It depends on how you look at it. I don't really think LBJ is comparing the situation with athletes to people who are in concentration camps or whatever. But I also think it's pretty fricked up that an organization like the NCAA has said "No you should wait 3-5 years to make money off of your talent. While we make bank off of you immediately". Then they turn around and hammer dudes who go out for a meal or get a car from a former player or alumni.
