if they are putting something covering cross pollination adn setting standards of planting in their contracts and going after folks who violate them then i don't see a problem. if they are going after somebodies neighbor who never bought their seed but his crops were pollinated then yeah, thats effed up.

yup, it's why large corporations support big government. they can cover all the bull shite costs associated with regulation but the small guys trying to start up can't

Pretty sure some farmers got in a shitton of trouble and sued out of existence by Monsanto from following the normal farming practice of saving some seed to use the next year because the GMO’s are patented and stipulated as a single use seed.
