This has nothing to do with the administration of justice. We sequester juries in this country, so that people can freely report on the news of the day. We actually care about free speech in this country. What the UK is doing is unfathomable in this country. They routinely issue blanket prior restraints on all speech pertaining to a trial and, in the case of an alleged violation, forego a jury trial, declare a person in contempt and proceed with sentencing.

So, you like our system for jury trials better than you like the British system. So do I. If this even had happened here, I would be screaming with everyone else. It didn't happen here.

Robinson broke British law, and he got himself a British punishment for it.
