You are over analyzing a very simple situation.
A thug, a clear danger to society, received instant justice as he was eliminated in the act by a brave, regular American Joe.
Thug is no longer a danger to society.
American Joe did a great job of protecting society.
Don’t over think this Paper.

Isn't that what we do here? Over analyze everything?
I mean he died. I guess that's good. But I think it may set a bad precedent. Even cops can't shoot fleeing suspects.
I was just asking how that would hold up in court. May be a slam dunk case. But no one can answer it so I'll let the PT have it's win.
