Hilliard has been brilliant this year, everyone else on the staff, not so good.

But hitting hasn't been our downfall this year. Fielding % is down from previous years, but when you replace 3/4's of your infield, defense can become an issue.

Overall, with the injuries to pitchers, infielders, & catchers, the Tigers have been a fairly competitive team.

True, from a .980 fielding percentage last season all the way down to .980 this season.
