I traveled to southern France around two years ago and felt similar when it came to portion size and walking. I didn't have snacks, processed food, readily available to me everywhere. Also when we sat down for lunch/dinner I noticed the food was served in courses and the portion sizes were smaller. You consume less food overall but in a longer time frame
My experience also. I lost about 10 lbs when I spent 6 weeks in France. Chicks in Europe are hot Bc they’re thin.
