I know for all home games they have seats that recruits can use right behind LSU dugout for a player and parents, even for recruits that may not receive a LSU offer.
I know some high school players that have used them.

I think these kinds of things are being legislated out. The new rules are limiting contact more than they used to. Best bet (depending on what grade the kid is in) is to contact the staff through the HS or summer coach.
