She was basically a male...but didn't have male parts.

Except internally. And those have never been removed which is a clear advantage because it provides male testosterone...which makes people stronger and better athletes. It's why the East German women lived off of it and started growing facial hair.

There's a great doc on what Testosterone does to women in sports (I forget the name) but it's basically about the East German and Chinese doping programs and the lawsuits in later years.

But to compete with this person, women have to dope...because she has naturally which is not allowed medically.
