The only nation I've ever known God to say was his is Israel.
I don't think that God blesses or curses a nation based on what they do corporately. I believe that his blessings flow to a nation based on how his people obey or reject him personally.

This verse of scripture is what I referred to in my post on this topic.

"2 Chronicles 7:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
