DB Bench Press with 3 sec Iso Holds at bottom: 2 warmup sets, 3x5 75 lb DBs
SS:
Lat Pulldowns with hold ALAP on last rep of each set: 4x12 120 lbs
Face Pulls: 4x25 30 lbs
SS:
Wide Push Ups with 5 sec Eccentrics: 5x10
T-Bar Rows: 5x15 45 lbs
Barbell curls: 1x50 45 lbs
