Heavy squat doubles working up to 365 today in giant sets with GHR and banded hip thrusts. Then 3 supersets of RDL and split squats. Some calves to get warm, then 5 runs of farmers walks with 250 per hand.

Supersets of turkish getups and hollow rocks to finish. Should have done cardio, but tired and lazy.

Had a few weeks of inconsistent workouts.

Back on greyskull. Going 4 times per week instead of 3. Push-ups/chin-ups on off days.

Just smashed 135 OHP feeling pretty good this AM. 5,5,9
