There's a few on this very board if you've been paying attention. Someone posted an article last week of some West Coast professor claiming Trump had nothing to do with it.
It certainly isn't as widespread as some are claiming, but IMO the silence from the Left about it, especially in the MSM is just as telling.

Random message board poster isn’t what I’m asking for, you can find an idiot anywhere you look for one in any political spectrum. It seems as if he is implying mainstream liberal journalists are claiming this, and that’s what I’m asking him to prove. If he’s talking about random poster or person on Twitter, then this is a ridiculous thread.
Peace with North Korea is a huge deal, and it isn’t even about NK. If this happens, it proves Trump’s relationship with China is better than anyone suspected.
