Oxford SD (MS) Pay Scale
Without a doubt. I am at six years with a AAA license. You are at a deficit until about year 10 in the battle between advanced degree than not. My Master's came free (basically) as I was a GA and paid off every time. My Specialist's required my first loan...and I somewhat regret that route. Although I was in school admin and finished, I would be taking a pay cut to become an AP as my teaching plus coaching outweighs admin in MS.
