I think there are a few but the one my client used and the one I will use is Jason Courville. I think they call them "on the water electronics classes." He typically has a morning charter then hops in your boat after to work with you for around 3 hours or so. Check out his FB page pics. He has tons of electronics pics.

I also fish toledo a lot. I have considered doing this for the South end of the lake (where I fish) as well.
