I don’t know why you got downvoted for this. Pretty much wake up, put one foot in front of the other and get to work everyday and you can make good money. Shite, I could cut grass for a living by myself and make six figures no problem. A little effort goes a long way.

I suspect by people who want freebees and think you description of "one foot in front of the other" is "too Hard" - these are worthless, ball-less people, I pay them no mind.
I remember days during my time in Vietnam where we flew back and forth between Nam and Cambodia, Phnom Penh area, 14 hrs straight flight time alone, we were exhausted, this went on for weeks. It was "put one foot in front of the other" to just keep going.
