RB is the position we should worry about the least. First off, CEH will be much better than you are anticipating. Plus, RB is pretty much the position that professional teams worry about least. For a reason. When are LSU fans going to understand that the lines are the most important positions. Good line play will make an average running back will look great. See Alabama. Poor line play will make a great running back look awful. See Leonard Fournette vs. Alabama.
If forced to choose, I'll take line depth over CB depth any day. We'll be fine.

How is CB gutted? Besides Greedy being lowly ranked out of high school by the recruiting services CB looks pretty good.
Gutted would be having walk-ons and 2-star players starting.
