Also, have to look at this from a company perspective. Obviously you cannot come to work drunk. If MJ is legalized , you won't be able to come to work high. However, with no good test (like a breathalyzer ) all a company has to do to fire you with cause would be to piss test you, see a positive results , and claim that you were "high". There goes your job.
