Please, tell me how that graphic shows that LSU has more resources? And if you say because LSU has more revenue or turns a profit in baseball more than most; then I thank you for showing your true ignorance.

Because what that graphic shows is that just about all of the SEC schools are spending the same amount of money on their program. You know what expenditures equal? RESOURCES! It’s money spent on coaches, facilities, players, recruiting, exposure, etc. Just because their baseball revenue may not be what is paying for those resources (expenditures), doesn’t mean that they don’t have the resources. In fact, it appears Vandy spends almost $2M more than us a year; and even TN spends more than us, and we see what that got them this past weekend. So, I guess based on that, I can put my own spin on it and say that Mainieri is actually beating schools with more resources. Damn! He must be one hell of a coach.
