Just to be clear... are you saying the Laffy location wouldn’t make it BR due to the service/food? Or are you saying Ruffinos will be closed within 5-10 years in BR regardless?
Ruffin and Peter print money out of the BR location is why I’m asking.

That's a fair question. I was assuming it would be competing against all the other similar establishments in BR, including the original restaurant. Could BR support 2 Ruffinos? I'm not sure if it could, I mean, it's possible. I'm no expert on the BR dining scene. Rent has to be awfully high at the Lafayette location, but would that be par for the course in BR?
I think my main point is that Lafayette diners aren't expecting Commander's Palace levels of service, etc.
