They never have been with him and have spent his entire campaign and presidency attempting to undermine and destroy him. They are Trump's biggest political enemies. Nothing he does will please them or get them on board. He needs to focus on destroying that wing of the party, not wooing it. Most of the prominent Neo-Cons are those uniparty establishmentarians that have been secretly funding these terrorist groups and destabilizing nations for political gain. They should be in prison, not holding hands.
