I was living right up against it for a year when I lived there @ 7421 Frankford.
I was just coming to make sure you know to use the CAD sites for Dallas and Collin Counties. They are very helpful in finding out appraised values/estimated prop taxes of any property in the county.
Basically any county in Texas you want to search just google "[county name] + CAD".
