That’s easy. Treat it like alcohol. Driving or showing up to work high gets the same penalty as driving or showing up to work drunk.
DUI is DUI the substance one is under the influence of isn’t really relevant

You seemed to miss the "testing" part of my comment. Because marijuana is fat soluble, it can stay in your system past the active "high" stage. No way to tell if the THC was from 1HR ago, 24HR ago or 2 weeks ago
Not being able to test definitely for an active high is a pretty big deal
