It’s not even that I’m loyal to US, I don’t even drink their beers all that frequently, I just find it odd to base a decision which beer I’m going to drink on anything other than the beer itself.
That’s cool man I get it. You really like beer and you don’t care about gun control.
I’m sure there is a combination of things out there that I could get you to care about.
That’s my whole point in saying that most people won’t care, but some will. It’s a poor business decision on their part. Companies spend millions of dollars on marketing to project a certain image because they feel that is important. If this is the image the owner wants to project then let him gamble with his company. I don’t care.
I guess I’m just as confused why y’all are surprised people care about a highly political topic?
If the guy was holding a fund raiser for the Knights of Columbus and people weren’t buying the beer I would be a little surprised. But gun control? In the south? Ur really surprised?

The owner never said he’s coming to your house to confiscate all your guns. Chill out. He’s allowing people to come to his place of business and freely discuss a topic that is relevant for all rational citizens of New Orleans. I imagine those people who attend will easily buy enough beer to generate a profit for those hours of operation. Seems like sound business IQ If you ask me.
