If someone is waving something around in the street, and I have enough reason to believe it could be a gun, I’m doing SOMETHING about it.... more than likely I’d call the cops and if the rest of my family was home, I’d arm myself and prepare for the worst. Since you are a student, I’ll assume you don’t have a family to protect
