re: Should we be required to have continuing education hours to keep a driver's license?

I'd honestly rather the State make driver's education more rigorous. I've a few European friends, and they are astounded at how bad American drivers are. Getting a driver's license in Europe is much more difficult. That's one thing they do right across the pond.

I drive a good bit for work, and I'm just not surprised by the stupid shite I see people do everyday on the road.
