We have an out of control police problem, period. Maybe it's more of a problem in black communities. I think so. But maybe not. Problem is we have cops with tactical gear and donated military hardware thinking their soldiers in a way against the people
The movement to remove military equipment and decrease that aspect of police forces was gaining traction prior to those racists ruined it.
