It was Poe!!!!!

Only a Poe expert would know it was Poe. I graduated with a PHD in post modern Poe studies and I can confidently say that these blood markings that spell out famous Poe quotes, is in fact an Edgar Allen poe quote

Also if you hadn’t figured out, I AM A PART OF THE CULT TOO *whhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaatttttt*

Longmire on Netflix.

Justified on Amazon Prime.

Can’t go wrong with either one.

I like thrillers/crime shows.

Babylon Berlin is right up your alley then. Good historical fiction. Since I see you've seen Narcos subtitles shouldn't be a roadblock for you.

There are so many shows available now that I can never decide, bail altogether, and just end up watching the news or NFL network.

I do that a lot too. I usually end up picking one but it starts off with me going over the dozens of choices and not being able to decide for a while

I’ve actually been meaning to start a thread on this, but we recently got pointed to a SyFy Network show, which we never watch, called The Magicians.

Man, if this is the quality of show on that network I’m going to have to start paying attention to it more.

Based on your list, I think this could be good for you. It’s kind of like Harry Potter: The College Years, though it’s a much darker and adult storyline.

Not exactly sure how to describe it more than that, but it’s well done and both my wife and I really enjoyed Season 1, and have just started Season 2.

The chicks in this show are smoke shows if that makes you more likely to give it a shot

Quentin Coldwater, a grad student at Brakebills College for Magical Pedagogy, has been fascinated by the magical fantasy world since he was young. But as he has gotten older, Quentin and his 20-something friends have discovered that the magical world they read about as children is not only real, but poses dangers to humanity. While studying at the secret upstate New York school, the friends struggle to cope with the aftermath of a catastrophe that befalls the institution. Meanwhile, the life of his childhood friend Julia is derailed when she is denied entry, and she searches for magic elsewhere. The fantasy series is based on a series of novels by Lev Grossman.
