I HATE HATE HATE when people who are eating with a fork/spoon bite down on the fork with their teeth before pulling the food off, thus making an obnoxious scraping sound!
I've had to get up from the table before and walk away because I couldn't handle it.

Same here with scraping utensils on their teeth I have threatened my cousin with bodily harm at family dinners because of this
