Not 6'7, but I am well over 6 foot.
5 minute isn't that fast. Yall are talking about it like its 4:30. If 8th graders who are naturally good at running but pre-pubescent can run near 5 with very little training, a young adult who is naturally good but has a few extra pounds can do it with very little training.
I am not positive I could do it right now because I don't know how the 20 pounds I've gained in the last few months plus frequent smoking would feel like if I tried to suddenly run fast. But there is a good chance. And certainly after a few training runs to get used to it.
