Emom 21 rounds
Round 1, bench press 5 reps at 155
Round 2, 3 power cleans at 155
Round 3, 30 double unders

25 mins AMRAP
5 clean and jerks at 95lbs
10 ab mat sit ups
400 meter run
10 push ups
5 dead hang pull ups

Strength today

worked up to a 275 triple

first time ive lifted that heavy with no knee sleeves and it felt great

then worked up to a 205lb clean and jerk
