Yesterday's neighborhood workout courtesy of tigerfoot:

400 meter run buy in
5 rounds of:
12 push ups
12 single arm thrusters(we have a few kettle bells)
12 med ball sit ups

400 meter cash out.

We all did an extra fast 240 meter run and rope work. foot and I did 100 doubs. Surprisingly, that's the best doubles have ever felt for me. I felt like I could do 100 in a set. Didn't try, but might soon.

Yesterday was some kind of deck of cards madness with burpees, kettle bell swings, kettle bell squat cleans and lunges. Then light Isabel. Did another 100 dubs after. Feeling a lot better.
