Trying to get back on the wagon after getting a newborn in the house

10 Rounds
7 pullup
7 push press (40# dbells)
7 box jump over

Then

Bench Press
5,5,3,3,2,2,1,1
Worked from 185-255 increasing 10lbs each set.
Kinda did it as an "EMOM" every :90 seconds.

Then

5 Minute EMOM
50 Dubs
