Gave Rx a shot today but only made 130’ in the time cap. Have a torn labrum in left shoulder but my right is actually weaker. I think I may have done 30’ on right and my left was gassed. Will do the scaled tomorrow and I expect to finish box step ups around 7 minute mark. That’s where it ends. Even with 2 abmats I’m not getting a strict or kipping HSPU

10 Rounds: Alternate Rounds with Partner

5 Chest to Bar
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20 inches)
5 Power Snatches (115/85)

I did jumping c2b, burpee box step overs, and 85lb snatches. Partner Rx'd. We got 11:22
