I'm in the 16 round range for Cindy but I absolutely suck on the rig. I think my best is 17. I couldn't imagine squeezing out 4 more rounds. That's impressive. 28 is just stupid.

Pull-ups are my jam and I can generally keep the push-ups unbroken for most of it.
I actually think I’ve done a round or so better on Cindy before.
Anytime I see pull-ups in a workout I’m happy.
