There's some good information out there on this subject. Girls do very well in math science and in leadership until the teebpnage years. It's been boiled down to expectations and accountability
Generally boys stick with problematic things until the become proficient or at least Lear it while girls are allowed, even expected to shy away from challenges and gravitate toward what they do best.
Adolescent boys and girls are treated much differently and it hasn't been favorable for girls. New wave feminism reinforces this ideal by allowing women to retreat to victim status instead of confronting hardships.
In general girls are protected more than boys who are taught to compete and deal with failure, injury etc. This protection is bad for them

Yes, I’m aware of the studies you’re alluding to here which is why I said I was still deliberating on giving a “win” in the education column. However, those studies were done when my generation were in jr high and high school. There has been a real swing in the generations following “x”.
I agree with your point in teaching females to wrap themselves in the “victim” label and it is a real concern for me. However, there is a real flood of educsted females in the workforce that I believe is negating that hinderance. Frankly, males also are entering the workforce with victim expectations. There are a few generations that aren’t prepared for real world business for multiple reasons, not all their fault.
