quest bars are not something i eat every day for my diet. but are something i keep in the cabinet. Sometimes i have a big sweet craving once or maybe twice a week i can grab a quest bar and not do too much damage. It is not some diet food, but is a much better alternative than eating a regular old candy bar or cookies.
