Yea, I would preferably do the exact things you said but for this reason, I'm leaning away from that. If I sell to anyone in Louisiana I'm going to need to charge state sales tax, which means I'm going to have to apply for that license with the state (forget what it's called but to charge state sales tax you need to have some type of account or license with the state). I'd rather sell online and ship things out of state so I don't have to charge sales tax.

If that's incorrect, please let me know. But that's how I understand it to be.

You need to look into the tax issue thing. States have found ways to make you tax liable regardless of where you live and sell your stuff
