Come on...she could have been hiding all sorts of contraband in those shorts/waistband, especially under that big arse shirt. I mean, anything could have been in those titties too.

I don't see in that article the reasoning for pulling her over the first time. I would imagine swerving or something if she got a field sobriety test. But the tint thing for the second time is pretty suspicious. Her tint would have been questionable during the daytime stop just the same as at night.
