Cali, NY, and Illanoy beat their chests and toot their own horns, but they are so in debt, they will never, ever be able to pay their bills. But Cali had a surplus, BUwahahahahahahahaha

Illanoy is so broke, that they write IOU's for their IOU's, while continuing to raise Union state workers pay and pensions.

It reminds me of a guy who used to go to the race track and bet the horses, he would use the Liberal, fuzzy math.

He would tell us he brought $100, bet 4 races at $20 a pop, lost(-$80), put last $20 on horse who paid $6.00, and he won $80 for the day.(he actually lost $40 for the day). Gotta love that math
