The answer is K.
Perpendicular lines have slopes that are the negative reciprocal a of each other. Although the angles mentioned are congruent, this does not imply they are right angles and so knowing the slope intercept form of one equation will not give you sufficient information to determine the slope of the other line. Now if it said that the two angles were congruent right angles, the answer would be G.
