No, removing Saddam emboldened Iran and caused chaos everywhere else. It was a terrible idea to remove him, despite how brutal he and his sons were.

No....Barrack Obama is what emboldened Iran.

I've been in buildings and rooms where Saddaam had people killed, where his sons would bring young girls they snatched up out of the community to rape, torture, and kill them. I never met an Iraqi that wanted Saddam back or even failed to rejoice in his death. Our interpreters used to mock him.

But there were consequences of our actions that were not foreseen by many. Lot of hubris and stupidity from people like Rumsfeld who thought we could hold down an entire country with very few people.
