Yes, it would. Law enforcement was already on the scene when the shooting started. Perhaps if he had had better training, he could've acted in a way that would've saved children's' lives - and not just his own.

I'm sorry you hate America, but we are a nation of laws, not men. I just don't think laws in some communities allowing guns in schools would be what other communities want. So let the separate communities decide the laws governing how to protect the children for themselves.

That's kind of how it's supposed to work.
