She had SCI information that had the headers removed but still had the paragraph markers.

Someone had to cross domain that stuff manually.

President Trump declassified everything in Nunes' memo BEFORE it was released.

President Trump can give all of those aides Top Secret clearance if it is determined there is no risk of blackmail but he is letting Kelly make that determination.

After all, they didn't collude with Russia like the DNC/Hillary campaign did.
