I been hitting this video a couple times a week and its been helping out for more than just running.


You have me curious as to your injury that led to you recovering.

I tore my Achilles playing basketball about three or four years ago, and outside of physical therapy, yoga was easily the best thing I did for recovery in mobility, strength, etc. Squats helped a good bit once I got to a certain level of strength, but yoga was far and above.
