I worked there for consulting gigs with durations of a few months a little more than 10 years ago and had a good time.
Then stayed there for the LSU opener last year and had a great time. Good food, Cubs baseball during a championship year, went to Sears/Willis Tower for the first time since 1983.
Edit: I like foods from all over the world and you can find anything in Chicago. It’s on a level with NYC in that respect. I had an Indian dosa restaurant in the NW suburbs and an Ethiopian restaurant in the city.
