It just seems to be slammed with thousands of young professionals right out of B1G and small midwest schools. Insane amounts of great restaurants and bars. I was always jealous when I visited friends who lived there. But, I would think paying through the nose to live in a box would get old after a while and it's the type of place that can be difficult to enjoy unless you're a baller.
