Taking a long weekend trip with the wife, never been before. Just looking to hang out and relax. Anyone have any must do's?

Isla is my favorite vacation spot PERIOD, if laid back is your style.
Very Europeanish in attitude. The North/West end of the island has a magnificent beach.I think you can only get around in mopets, bikes and golf carts still.
It has been a few years.
It is much more upscale now, but not the wild Cancun

Isla Mujeres is changing quickly, yet still very special. Explore the island, I recommend at least a one day golf cart rental. The restaurants are amazing & Soggy Peso beach bar is a must.
