I met a 40 yr old, working class guy on a plane recently. He lived in a trailer with his wife, child and dogs. He earned a high wage but had to be away from his family for months at a time for work. He socked all he could away, and was on course to retire at age 45. So, yeah, he wasn't embarrassed to admit to living in a trailer at all.
