Doesn't limit it enough. 40k innocent people dying from second hand smoke is a frick ton more important than less than 15k killed from guns.

What's easier to get? Cigarettes or guns? Are you saying that we don't have active prevention to stop gun violence?

What are you scared of? You're more likely to die from the random guy smoking a cigarette next to you than from a gun.
