Sonic used to let you tip on a credit card but it was only when the carhops brought your card inside and entered the tip that you wrote. They no longer do that since the machine is on the menu thing. I agree they should add it. I don’t go to sonic if I don’t have a dollar to tip.

As for this thread, the girl was stupid to go to social media. I never agree with people doing that. That being said, I always tip on to-go orders. I assure you no one cares if you don’t though. Not for reasonable orders. You only get tipped by ~40-50% of takeout customers.

We used to leave a couple receipts with tips filled out out on the bartop because people will do whatever they see someone else do.
